THE PROJECT: BUPA AGED CARE BONBEACH

As one of four projects delivered for Bupa, the extensive refurbishment of the Bupa Aged Care Bonbeach facility encompassed a complete redesign and upgrade of the common areas, along with the renovation and expansion of all bedrooms and ensuites. To minimize disruption to residents, the project was executed in 14 stages over two years, while ensuring the facility remained near full occupancy throughout the process.
